At CPE Dollard, we offer high-quality, subsidized childcare for children aged 0 to 5.

To ensure equal access, enrollment is now managed through Québec’s new Child Care Registration Portal (Portail d’inscription aux services de garde), which replaces La Place 0-5 for all recognized daycares in Québec, including CPEs like ours.

Below is a simple overview of how to join the waiting list and remain eligible for a spot at our center.

How to Apply for a Spot at CPE Dollard

  • Create your family file on the Child Care Registration Portal Create a file for your child on the official government portal (you’ll sign in with Québec’s Government Authentication Service). Do this as soon as your child is born and you know your desired start date. This will:
    • Set up your official file for daycare placement;
    • Provide a confirmation number you’ll use for follow-ups.
  • Add CPE Dollard to Your Selections Once your file is created, search for CPE Dollard and add us to your list of preferred daycares. This places your child on our official waiting list.
    • We’ll contact you directly if a space becomes available.
  • Keep Your File Updated You’ll receive reminders from the portal to confirm or update your information. These updates are required to:
    • Keep your file active;
    • Reflect your desired start date (priority is based on desired start date, not the date you first created the file);
    • Avoid losing your place on our list.
We encourage families to create their file early, keep details up to date, and check messages in the Child Care Registration Portal regularly.
